Nash Consulting LLC Privacy Policy

At Nash Consulting, LLC. (“Nash”), we understand that privacy is important to the users of our flexible scheduling platform, MyFlexLearning. This Privacy Policy describes the collection and use of data from MyFlexLearning users.

Nash Student Data Privacy Statement
During the course of offering MyFlexLearning services, Nash may have access to Student Data. “Student Data” is any information that is directly related to an identifier of a current or former student that is maintained by a school, school district, or related entity or organization, or by Nash. Student Data may include “educational records” as defined by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (“FERPA”).

Our use of Student Data is governed by this Privacy Policy, our contracts with our customers and by federal and state law. In addition, Nash complies with the Child Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) and Nash does not use student information to conduct targeted advertising.

Information Collection and Use

For a better experience, while using our service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to name, email address. 

For users accessing our system via a third party service such as “Google”, “Microsoft”, or “Clever” we only use “Primary Account” information to verify access to our product. We may access your profile image url, email address, and name to populate your account within our system. The information that we upload to our system will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.

Transferring Information to Third Parties
Nash does not share, disclose, rent, trade or sell the User Personal Information with any third party or other entity or allow any other third party or other entity to use, disclose, compile, transfer or sell the Data Files and/or any portion thereof.

Security

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure that personal information is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

Data Integrity and Access
Personal information collected shall be limited to the information that is relevant for the purposes of processing.  For MyFlexLearning users, Nash will delete or destroy all copies of the School Data within sixty (60) days of written request.  MyFlexLearning users may contact the school or district that has contracted with Nash to request correction, amendment, or deletion of information.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

Nash reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. You should review this page periodically. If we make material changes, we will provide you additional notice of such change.
