MyFlexLearning Platform Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply only to the MyFlexLearning web platform and mobile apps used by educators and students. These Terms of Service does not apply to the MyFlexLearning website (https://www.myflexlearning.com).

Nash Consulting, LLC (“Nash,” “we,” “us”) owns and operates the MyFlexLearing web platform and mobile apps (the “Services”). By accessing the Services, you (“End User”) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service”)

Violation of any of the terms below may result in the termination of your account.

General Services

Subject to the terms and conditions of our proposal with your school, and payment of any applicable fees, the Services include the MyFlexLearning web platform and mobile apps designed to help schools manage their flex time schedule. We may, in our sole discretion, change or discontinue any features of the Services at any time and without liability to you.

Intellectual Property 

You acknowledge that all Service trademarks and logos are owned by Nash Consulting, LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights, and that you have no rights to transfer or reproduce the Services, or prepare any derivative works with respect to, or to disclose confidential information pertaining to, the Services. 

Account Terms

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Nash consulting cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. Your login may only be used by one person – a single login shared by multiple people is not permitted. You are responsible for any and all activities that occur under the account. You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process.

Privacy 

Nash Consulting, LLC is committed to protecting the privacy of its users, and maintains a Privacy Policy  (https://myflexlearning.com/privacy-policy) that applies to the use of the Services and to information we may collect as part of your use of the Services.

Changes to Service

Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service shall be subject to the Term of Service. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of the Service with or without notice.

Updates

We reserve the right to update and change these Terms of Service without notice.
